Senior adult ministries are concerned with helping to meet the needs of older members of the parish through social programs and outreach activities.  Visitation of shut-ins and nursing home residents and assistance in helping older members attend Mass are the primary aims of this ministry.

Leisure Club The Leisure Club is open to seniors and retirees.  Activities include social events such as day-trips, concerts, and fellowship.

Nursing Homes Nativity parishioners bring communion and provide spiritual support of the Catholic residents of Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community.  Nativity Parish also provides spiritual support for the Catholic residents of other nursing homes on James Island.
